WILLOW SQUARE CONTINUING CARE CENTRE
MTA team is completing the Bridging Architect Role for this new 142 bed Continuing Care facility that is being delivered through a fast track Design Build contract. Colliers Project Leaders is providing project management and general team coordination with the support of MTA. Major responsibilities include consultation with AHS clinical liaison to develop a site master plan and the detailed operational and functional program along with the Statement of Owner Requirements that outlines the detailed design and technical requirements for this facility. MTA and the consultant team have been involved throughout the RFQ and RFP process and will follow the project through design reviews and construction compliance through to post occupancy. In addition to this work MTA has developed the site master plan and concept design for the facility that includes under- ground parkade, resident gardens, walking paths and transportation and site servicing strategies.
