Amenities and guest services include an Indoor pool, Fitness room, ebar, Media and Lap Top lounge, Market 24 and Guest Laundry. The Hotel will be finished with the new H4 prototype design – created by IHG for the contemporary traveler. The H4 Design – an approach to delivering on the experience integrating brand, physical space, and operational elements to deliver a purposeful, efficient, and distinct experience. The Burger Theory Grill & Bar – a proven concept that delivers memorable dining experience for guests which sets Holiday Inn apart from other hotel brands. The interior color palette incorporates natural wood finishes, patterned carpets, luxury vinyl tile, stylish fabrics and bright pops of color. The furniture package is adaptable and flexible to meet each guest’s individual needs – having a place for everything in a familiar, collected setting.
