110TH STREET CONDO

Edmonton, AB

On Hold

MTA worked with Inhouse and their planner to revise the zoning of the site to accommodate a midrise housing project that is sensitive to the community and meets the growing demand for infill family housing units. The project proposes the development of a 6-storey, 68 unit building with 3 levels of underground parking stalls. The building has a variety of amenity spaces including 2nd floor patio garden, and 6th floor suite – roof top patios.
The development proposes a unique combination of conventional apartment and 2-storey ‘town house’ units. The housing mix and typology is an innovative approach that aims to achieve various urban infill policies by providing density in a central, transit-oriented location within a human-scale built form.
