NWHP engaged our team to re-purpose the building from a Single Tenant to a Multi-Tenant Tenancy. MTA created Architectural and Interior Design guidelines offering a functional, efficient and attractive workplace setting for this savvy, sophisticated Building. The main building lobby concept was developed with four Elements of Alberta: Shale, Ice, Woodland and Snow. The concept selected captured the element of
Shale, featuring floor to ceiling stone porcelain slabs and integrated lighting as the feature wall, accented by lounge seating, decorative lighting and a customized area carpet. Creating a sense of arrival at each tenant entry, the entries feature an illuminated portal wood laminate detail, side light panel and signage. Where a single tenant occupies a single floor, the elevator lobby express a build out to emphasize the tenant brand and signage.
