In addition to the base building upgrades, our team is currently completing two turnkey tenant fit outs in the building. The first turnkey 9,000 sq. ft. office fit out consisted of a combination of new and modifying existing conditions to suit a 30-person office environment. The second turnkey project is an 800 sq.ft. Food + Beverage (Fresh Kitchen) establishment – this tenant serves the entire building with breakfast and lunch. MTA has worked closely with the Landlord to complete multiple planning studies to assist with leasing opportunities for the remainder of the vacant office space.
