Banff's award winning Bear Street Parkade provides a pleasant and enjoyable parking experience for citizens and visitors of Banff. The ground floor's steel canopies create small storefront display windows. These windows are utilized by various groups in town to display news bulletins, public art and tourist information concerning Banff National Park.

Rustic stone and the precast grizzly bear heads provide significant visual relief to this large 4 level, 289 stall parking structure. The large central stair tower and elevator core beneath the glazed canopy combines easy controlled parkade access and safety for users.
