This 22 Unit residential condominium development with full underground parking, constructed in 1996, was designed to preserve a magnificent stand of first growth spruce trees some of which are 70 feet tall. In this forest-like setting the development wraps the edges of the site creating a courtyard within. The scale of the project steps down to the street edge, respecting the scale and character of its single family residential neighbours. |
