This 3 ½ storey mixed use building is one of the most urban forms constructed in Banff. Taking maximum advantage of its small site, the project includes a 18,000 sqft supermarket and 14 apartment units on the 2nd and 3rd levels. Phase 2 of the project will allow for 10 additional units to be constructed around an interior rooftop courtyard. This outdoor courtyard is located at the 2nd level of the project and is accessible only to the residents.
